“One of my 'go tos' for US Bank Branches. Customer service is always a gold star great. Not always the most time efficient but I always leave having a good experience. I've never had a 'poor interaction' with any of the staff. Staff is always genuine, polite, friendly, and professional. As much as a hassle as it can be going to the bank, I know the staff with help me get in and out as quickly as they can. All while having a genuine smile and quality small talk with me during our interaction. I will admit it's not always the quickest trip to the bank, but I know the tellers are being a proficient as possible. When I deposit or cash anything, I know I will be warmly welcomed and served with a smile. The building is a little strange (you can tell it wasn't built as a bank... and changed into a bank..). but it gets the job done.“
