Great place, fast and gets my vehicles clean. EXPENSIVE!! Very expensive. I wish I could get a plan for all 6 of my vehicles without paying their monthly price for all of them individually, so I'm stuck paying per wash. Can't say I'll quit until I find a place that will offer that.

Wow...what an exceptional experience! True commitment to customer service is almost non-existent these days, but not at Tommy's Express Car Wash! I'm a new customer and after going through the wash while vacuuming my vehicle I noticed the wheels did not have any shine on them, yet the package I purchased was supposed to include that option. So while still on site I called and had the GREAT pleasure of speaking with Nick. He was so incredibly gracious and made me feel like a valued customer. Instead of diminishing my concern he walked out to personally meet me, thanked me for trusting in Tommy's and had me go through the wash cycle again. Started coming here in like the beginning of the month, very nice car wash everyone there is nice, after your done with the car wash there is free vacuums you can use to vacuum your car! 100% would recommend!
