I started coming to Mounds View because a friend of mine was a tech there and I knew the love of my life Mr. Peepers would be in good hands. While my friend no longer works there, the care my pets have received at this clinic has been nothing short of amazing! So far, my cats have seen Dr. Olsson and Dr. Femrite and both of these women are gems of humanity! Dr. Olsson helped me pull my cat/BFF Mr. Peepers from the brink of death when he had pancreatitis and a skin infection and Dr. Femrite went above and beyond to rescue my sweet saint of a calico Adeana after I had a bad experience at another vet. We bring both of our cats here. The staff is amazing: friendly, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. I can't imagine bringing them anywhere else anymore. I know my cats are in good hands. It's also very easy to get an appointment and if needed call for a rush appointment in the morning when they first open.
We love MVAH! We've been taking our cats there for almost 10 years and now we have a new puppy in the family! They have guided me through so many pretty decisions and never once have I felt pushed into treatments or services that were costly and unneeded. When I tell them my budget concerns they gave me several options on how to treat my cats end of life needs. They have also taken extra time to socialize my puppy and work on a positive relationship with him at no cost to me! They really want my pup to know and love them and not just be the bad pokey place haha.
