Leigh, the designer and sales person came out to my home and showed me a 3-D plan for my closet. She was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! John came on time to install my closet. He did a nice Job and cleaned up after himself. The closet is very functional! When he was done, John showed me how to adjust the shelves and change the space if needed. When I called the business office to pay my bill, Colin was amazingly courteous and helpful! I paid with two different charge cards and he could not have been nicer about this….even though it meant more work for him. My only complaint was the lack of an intuitive website. The experience of signing my contract online and setting up a date for my installation was not user friendly! The date I was given did not work for me and it was not easily apparent as to how I could change the installation date. However, when I called Leigh to change the assigned date, she was very helpful!
