While the company's service has had some challenges in the past, such as late and missed pickups and poor customer service, they have since improved their reliability and responsiveness. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful drivers, as well as the lack of contracts. However, some have experienced slow response times, rising rates, and high prices for the level of service provided, particularly for junk removal.
Fantastic provider, no scams and no issues. A small company that truly appreciates the business. Delightful drivers— if you forget to put the can out, they have more then once come in and grabbed it. Pleasant surprise compared to the “big guys.” No contract!!!! Don’t need a JD (law degree) to work with them.
I've used Blackowiak for years and it's always great (consistent, cheerful, accommodating). I left for a while & went to waste management but they increased my rate by >20% each year for 3 years so I went back to Blackowiak - thankfully back to always consistent and a good price.Service: House & garage cleanouts
Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Family business where mother and son both help with customer service and received calls from both to follow up on phone message to ensure my question was answered. Pickups are always done as scheduled and drivers always willing to help with trash can, special pickup handling, and answering questions.
