Even when busy and cannot answer a phone call Kim is always quick to respond and schedule an appt. My cat has been to groomers that say he’s Terrible & his demeanor changes afterwards for a few days but NOT when I started brining him to Glamour! Dales in and out quickly and looks great- he’s the same ole boy when he gets home too. Thanks Glamour Pets!

Kim got our puppy Summer in right away and cannot believe how amazing she looks. We can barely trim her nails ourself as she is so squirmy and timid with grooming. Glamour Pets did everything and more. Summer came home and has been so happy and extremely playful. I think she loved her day at the spa and we love how well they did with her. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our girl and can't wait to bring her in again next time!!!

We've used this groomer a number of times with varying results. Sometimes it can be hard to get ahold of them to set an appointment, but they do have a really slick drop off and pick-up system that is covid safe and really quick and we can generally get an appt fairly quickly. I'm not a fan of the scent my dog comes home with and I keep forgetting to ask if they can skip a product or use unscented instead. Overall, they do a decent job and the dog is willing to go back again. We aren't fussy about the evenness of trimming or special style cuts. If you are, you might want to discuss that ahead of time
