I was gonna give 3 stars but I feel my complaint is not their fault. Let’s just say the time I get off work is when the rude immature high schoolers come to work out here so I’d stay away between 4pm and 7pm other then that it is a great center for fitness. Highly recommend
I went here with my boyfriend and we loved it. It's a very clean facility with superbly clean locker rooms/restrooms. We now go every day, sometimes twice a day. The equipment is modern, up-to-date and CLEAN, plus they offer sanitation wipes to use on the equipment before and after use. The best part, open 24 hours!
I've been going here for the past few years and I'm pretty happy with it. There is a decent range of options for cadio or weight training. There could of course be a wider array of strength equipment and when there are two or three lifting space and weights can become limited quickly. I haven't tried the classes and there isn't coaching available that I am aware of but there are classes. They've been waiting on new equipment for ever.
