I recommend Moorhead Plumbing and Heating because they went above and beyond what was expected of them. Long story short, I bought a toilet from another plumbing company, and the toilet would plug at least every 2-3 months. I then switched to Moorhead Plumbing and Heating, and they came out numerous times to unclog the toilet. They could have easily continued to do that, but on the last call, the plumber was taking a long time to unplug the toilet, so I asked him if everything was okay. He said he was trying to figure out why the toilet was plugging and identified a part that he could order that would fix the problem. He ordered the part and later came out to install it, and I have not had a problem since. Instead of looking at all the money they could have made off of my ever-clogging toilet, they instead took the time to figure out the problem and fix it. That shows me that they care about their customers. In addition, they are always friendly when I call, and punctual and courteous when I schedule an appointment. I am so impressed with this company and I recommend them highly.
We’ve had Ryan and the team out multiple times over the years for different plumbing and heating issues. They are detailed, patient, and also just really nice guys. Once, my kids flipped the switch on our heating unit. Ryan figured out the issue within minutes and didn’t charge us. Stand up company!
