Lucent Yoga

I don’t attend the yoga classes at Lucent but do somatic stretching sessions with Bridget Walthers. I have alway been so tight in my hips and shoulders, very inflexible and tried so many things to try to alleviate the issues. Hands down this has been the best thing I have ever done. Bridget is amazing and it is clear from your first session with her how much time and training she has put into becoming knowledgeable in this area. I highly recommend!

This place is great! The instructor for the beginner class does a wonderful job of offering both easy and challenging variations on each pose. Would absolutely recommend Lucent to a friend!

Great instructors, fun and cool fellow yogis, good variety of practices, amazing energy!!I've been practicing with Bridget at the beginner level for almost year and a half and she is a well of knowledge and kindness!!! Her infectious smile welcomes all who enter the studio and she guides with light hearted enthusiasm and detailed instruction on the how's and why's we ease into our practice with mindfulness and care, honoring our bodies at their own levels and pace.
