My back an shoulder / neck have been a wreck between the deep tissue massage and the 15 min of stretches she (Rosie) patiently showed me to help my body an my pain earns a easy 5 star review. This was my first massage ever i thought I needed a chiropractor but with the knowledge gained an the work she put in to my body I would recommend this to everyone an anyone in pain or who needs a moment to relax

I work in the manufacturing industry, lifting and bending and reaching. My back muscles can get pretty tight at times. Rose does a great job of working out the soreness. She always makes time for an appointment. Very professional.

Rose was very kind and knowledgeable! I felt comfortable right from the start, and she was great with working on my tight muscles from marathon training! She showed me good stretches to do to target those muscles, and I felt no pressure to come back in/schedule on the spot- but I will be returning for sure!
