I would absolutely recommend!! I’ve relied on Dok’s twice so far and both times, the service was great and very quick. I had my AC and furnace tuned up last winter and just had service for my AC starter that went out. Both times, Matt has been extremely quick to respond and get out to my home. My AC starter was replaced very fast during the last visit and I’m very thankful because my house is finally starting to cool off. He’s never tried selling me something I don’t need and provided helpful information when I inquired about a new/better unit.
We have 2 spare bedrooms that were always cold in the winter (poor insulation and inadequate ductwork). Matt recommended and installed baseboard water heat. Today’s low outside temp was -17 degrees. Both rooms are a comfortable 68. Great service. Definitely recommend to anyone needing heating or air conditioning services.
Matt from Dokk’s Heating & Air installed a mini split today and it is an excellent choice for my porch. Very quiet unit. Does a wonderful job in cooling my porch and also most of main floor in my home. Matt was very informative about thus unit. He worked expertly and efficiently. I was also impressed with how caring he was about making sure everything was cleaned up and picked up. I highly recommend Dokk’s Heating & Air.
