extremely happy with Royal roofing, Bill was nice, listened to my needs, and sent out Dustin, who was one of the most honest guys in the roofing business i’ve ever dealt with, i would recommend them to anyone who wants honest work, fair pricing, and knowledgeable, he even showed me pictures of what he did before and after. just above and beyond

We had Royal re-roof our detached garage in 2019 prior to solar installation. They recommended at the time that we restore the chimney on the house prior to re-roofing, which we did, and then they did the house in 2023. They did an excellent job.We had a couple of problem areas that took special care to route water properly (old house with several remodels), and they completely solved those problems. Additionally, we'd done landscaping near the house in the zone where shingles would fall on new plants. They erected protection around those plants so that there was no damage. Made appointment for roof inspection after wind damage. No one showed up or called to reschedule. My business was clearly not important to them.Edit: had a very nice follow-up call with a manager. We talked over the situation and it is resolved to my satisfaction
