“I am terrified of the dentist. Yes, I am one of those folks. A couple of years back, I had to go in for a myriad of issues with my teeth. The dentists and technicians were kind, patient, respectful and very mindful of my fear. I had the pleasure of working closely with Pam when I was having insurance issues, and she is a gem.

I went in today for a cleaning and have a chipped molar, and was able to get an earlier appointment due to this. The front desk staff were helpful again with my insurance, and my technician Emma was a delight. She understood my hesitation and was patient with me. I felt safe and cared for. I can say that I actually enjoyed my cleaning today, and am excited to get a couple of fillings next week!

This team is truly the best. If someone like me can be excited to go to the dentist, then I recommend anyone visit Monticello Family Dentistry!
