Don is extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Horrible experience. I see Aveda and a place like this as luxury, and I never get to “treat” myself. So for me to be able to make an appointment here was something nice for myself. I booked for a waxing appointment and she missed chunks on my legs, so much that I had to go back a second time and have her fix it. She didn’t have anything for a week, so later on it all grew back patchy because of the difference in time when it was waxed. Even the wax girl apologized as she knew how bad of a job she did missing so much!When I booked this over the phone to come get it fixed, the receptionist told me there would be no charge to have her fix it.
