Horrible experience. I see Aveda and a place like this as luxury, and I never get to “treat” myself. So for me to be able to make an appointment here was something nice for myself. I booked for a waxing appointment and she missed chunks on my legs, so much that I had to go back a second time and have her fix it. She didn’t have anything for a week, so later on it all grew back patchy because of the difference in time when it was waxed. Even the wax girl apologized as she knew how bad of a job she did missing so much!When I booked this over the phone to come get it fixed, the receptionist told me there would be no charge to have her fix it. I've been going to this salon since moving here a year ago! I love Angie for both her haircuts and colors and Jennifer is amazing at both facials and massages! I will miss this place and everyone at Sanctuary!
