Dave answered promptly on the first call and was able to come out in a few hours. The amazing thing was it was also a holiday and the heat was way too much with a full family to keep cool. He was able to fix the problem with a very fair rate for the circumstances. Dave was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience with Avid. After our furnace was tagged due to a carbon monoxide issue, Dave came out to look at it the same afternoon. The new unit was installed two business days later. Avid gave me a fair estimate up front, unlike a larger competitor that was going to charge us much more. They also reconfigured our vent setup so that the furnace would run quieter and take a better filter. After his team finished the job, Dave came back to check the work himself.
