Although it's difficult to schedule a hair appointment with their celebrity hairstylists Cleo, and Kathy; I appreciate the wonderful customer service, clean environment, and rockstar staff! ?Cleo slays textured hair!! And Kathy is an exceptional stylist!!I will add photos in May when I have my next appointment with Cleo

I highly recommend Salon by Instyle! I get my haircuts done by Krista and she always does such an amazing job! She is wonderful at listening to my requests and then following through with exactly what I want. Krista is so personable and very experienced with hair. Definitely recommend her!!

Before I met Heather at the SALON by InStyle in JC Penney’s - Ridgedale, I had no loyalty to any hair salon or stylist. I would go anywhere and it didn’t matter. I received an awful hair cut from a different place and went to see Heather, she saw how bad my haircut was and stayed late to fit me into her schedule. She cut my hair into an adorable pixie cut and I almost cried I was so happy! This was about 2 years ago and I’ve been seeing her ever since. She is kind, fun to talk to, skillful and excels at hair colors and unique cuts. I’ve been sticking with a “mullet-hawk” or “flop-hawk” lately!
