The team at Shady Oak are truly wonderful, and I'd underscore Dr. Molly Kubeczko who has been treating our dog for a variety of maladies with such attention, patience, and compassion. She is thoughtful and caring, and I truly appreciate her attention. The vet techs and front desk are equally great, and the clinic is well-run, clean, and efficient.
Every one of the staff that I have interacted with has been top notch. Friendly, prompt and professional, what more can you ask for? They were very compassionate with my baby Stella when she passed. Really a great a company that actually cares about animals.
An outstanding clinic with patient and personable staff. Despite my own failure to arrive on time, the team at the front desk was friendly and willing to make the necessary accomodations for me and my dog.
The entire staff clearly have a love of animals that motivate them throughout the work that they do. At no point did anyone make me feel stupid or small for any questions I had. Even if dogs are notoriously scared of the vet, they have no reason to be scared at Shady Oaks.
