You don’t have to have a membership to use the spa! Great customer service all around the front desk people you can get great classes with heart and soul my first fitness class here they help me set up my station if you will recommending me to start off with 2 pound weights, which I did 3 pound and I came back for more, there’s so much value here. I feel like people think it’s really expensive and they have a really reasonable price for the membership, and you can double up on your sneakers.“

6485 City W Pkwy, Eden Prairie“I booked a massage here as a last minute self care thing and I was not disappointed. They had me complete intake paperwork regarding what I wanted to be worked on and it was an easy straightforward process. There is ample parking and a beautiful open floor plan inside. Upon arriving the check in was fast, Katy checked me in, was super kind, and informative. I had a cup of water before my massage and Sierra came to grab me pretty quickly. Prior to my massage she checked in with me regarding what I wanted work on, the intensity of the massage, deep tissue massage, and the use of hot stones. I think she did a good job of informing me of what was happening as it was happening. My one comment would be a little bit of small talk to help ease customers into comfort if they're new to massages. I will say the unique thing about this massage was it felt like she utilized holistic approach (really utilizing the feedback of the muscles / body to find spots of tension or knots) to working with the body and not just massaging at a hard level. I usually leave massages sore and relaxed although I left here not super sore but my muscles and body felt relaxed. I was impressed with Sierra's ability to find the knots or tight spots and to work on them in a way that's wasn't only painful (a few spots were but that's normal). I got a deal on my massage as it was my first one which was extremely affordable and likely started a new little splurge for future me to continue caring for my body in a way which feels productive and healing. Outside of this experience I have also come to Wellspring to do a free yoga class which was extremely helpful in releasing body tension and relaxing. There is also tea and water for customers. Overall, I think that the employees at Wellspring care for their customers and truly want to help. This is shown in how they talk, present, the engagement that's shown, and the hard work they do. I would highly recommend coming here as massages are fairly priced and the employees truly seem to care.“

St Louis Park“TL;DR: Three weeks before the Marine Corps Marathon, I developed a sudden, sharp calf pain that threatened my race. Michael Rodriguez, DPT at Performance Running Gym diagnosed it immediately, treated it effectively, and got me to the start line healthy. Absolutely the go-to physical therapist for runners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Michael Rodriguez, DPT — Sports Medicine Physical Therapist I’m a 47-year-old recreational marathoner who was in the final stretch of training for the Marine Corps Marathon when, out of nowhere, I developed a sharp, bruise-like pain on the outside of my right calf — just three weeks before race day. The timing couldn’t have been worse, and I honestly thought my race might be over. Thankfully, Michael Rodriguez, DPT, located inside Performance Running Gym, was able to get me in quickly. He understood the urgency immediately and performed a focused, runner-specific assessment that pinpointed the problem. Michael explained exactly what was happening, why it came on suddenly, and what we needed to do to calm it down fast without derailing my race. His approach was a perfect mix of hands-on treatment, smart load management, and targeted strengthening that fit seamlessly with my taper. Within days, the pain reduced significantly. Within a short time, I was back to running with confidence — and I made it to the start line healthy and ready. I went on to run a 30-minute personal best, and his care was a major part of that success. If you’re a runner dealing with any lower-leg or overuse issue — calf strains, Achilles trouble, shin pain, hamstring strains — Michael Rodriguez is exceptional. He understands runners, understands timelines, and knows how to get you back to doing what you love safely and fast. I’m incredibly grateful for his help. He saved my race.“

“I adore my care here! I’ve seen a few different people here over the last few years for different things. Dr Kera is truly gifted! She has made my headaches go from bad every day to rarely a headache. After having my children she has taken such great care of me and my body getting it to a place of wellness. I also see Dr Allison as a pelvic floor therapist and again top class! She’s so helpful and it flexible with whatever I need that session. Truly personalised care. She’s helped me with two of my kids postpartum and has helped me on my journey to feeling strong again. I highly recommend these two ladies. Also the front desk staff are so friendly.“
