One of the 3 keys I ordered the first time didn't work and I was given a refund for the entire purchase (meaning, including the 2 keys that worked) - I provided a picture showing why it may have not been working (although I wasn't asked to), but no request to return anything was even required. I re-ordered the 1 key again along with another different one and both worked great. So, despite 1 key not working initially, I still ended up with the 4 keys needed...given the state of customer service these days, I give this experience a 5/5, easy.

Key machines are great and make working keys fast, but the keys I got (green colored) were lightweight aluminum. These are great for spares or emergency keys but I wish they were made of a stronger metal for every day use.Service: Building key copying

Had to get a programmed key, did not think they could do it, but they could. It was a little expensive still, over $80, but I think that is cheaper than other alternatives. They sent it in the mail and it works just fine.
