I've always had wonderful experiences at this location.
They did make a small mistake that causeed a headache with the Eden Prairie location, but I'm still giving them 5 stars because of the level of professionalism and kindness shown by manager Angela. She fixed the problem within 48 hours and was very kind and honest through the whole process. Mistakes are made. We are human, but it's how this location dealt with the mistake that impressed me the most.

Got an email from them somehow went to the website and it said $79 new member special for 1 hour massage. Message was fine I maybe would have preferred a little more deep tissue but therapists did a fine job. What got me is when I went to leave it wasn't $79 it was $89. When I questioned it I was told something about being an independent shop and they raised their prices. Maybe then that should be reflected in the advertising. Seems kind of shady unfortunately for the message therapist I probably will not go again. Nobody likes feel like they got used.
