Very professional. I received numerous reminders via email and texts, which I very much appreciated. Upon entering, I was greeted with a smile. The young man who is the technician was so kind and did an outstanding job. Dr. Olson was my doctor who explained everything to me. I have now found a place that I trust and where I will go to every year. I highly recommend them!
Despite the length of time I had to wait after my scheduled appointment time, the level of service was excellent. Everyone was kind and attentive, especially Tim Loop, who helped me break out of my shell when it came to picking out the perfect frames. So happy!!
