“I had a leak in pipe in an outside wall going to the outside faucet. I called My Plumber (although the invoice came from Monkey Wrench Plumbing) and they got me in working with my schedule. Joe came out and listened to what happened, figured out why the pipe leaked and fixed it explaining to me what happened and how to avoid the problem in the future. Even fixed the leak on outside faucet patiently explaining to me why it leaked and how he fixed both issues. All for a very reasonable price. I will definitely hire him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.“

“Schwarz Construction finished our new home in the summer of 2020. Our project involved demolition of our former home and a new build on our existing lot. Kurt Schwarz did an amazing job quarterbacking the demolition, architectural design, framing and finishing. All aspects of the exterior and interior were attended to and we could not be happier with the result. His team went the extra mile for us, even building a custom mailbox to match the house. Kurt, Jack, Jeff and Andre and most of the other subs were on point. We had a lot of custom requirements, some of which the team had not done before. Every design idea was considered and we were able to make good cost/benefit decisions along the way. Frankly, the other 'review' doesn't compute with our experience (all during the height of COVID when lesser builders might have come up with excuses to delay the project). I know of three clients who have been involved with Kurt Schwarz and all would give him full-throated endorsement.
