Impossible to get a hold of. We had a garage built in 2015 and I need to get some basic information (color of the siding) for a repair and I've called over a dozen times, left multiple voicemails, and sent multiple emails over the course of a few weeks and haven't heard back a word.Update:They're being much more helpful at this point - potentially was out of the office for a bit. Wish there were a better phone system in place to inform or an auto-reply in the email.Service: New home construction

Brad Chazin, third-generation owner of Western Construction is a true professional. After receiving bids from other garage builders and being frustrated by the companies response time and lack of professionalism, I found Western. Brad patiently answered all my questions about my proposed garage and was very helpful with the planning stage. I would absolutely refer friends and family to this wonderful company.

I was really impressed with Western Construction right from the start if my process for my new garage. Brad came to my home and explained all the options available to me and helped me obtain the loan that I was seeking. It was all really easy and very straight forward. He told me a date they would begin construction and he stuck to his word. His teams were very professional and performed their jobs well. I have absolutely no complaints and will refer Western Construction to anyone looking for a new garage. I love my new addition. Thank you to Brad and all your teams that made this project possible.
