Velair Property Management

My experience living at a Velair property in Rochester, MN for nearly 1 yr has been a bit unsettling. Velair is almost always short staffed, spreads their staff over multiple properties and changes that arrangement often so finding Property Manager on-site is mixed if any some weeks. As a result tenant and building issues often get overlooked. Rules may or may not be enforced and proper paperwork isn't always submitted or on a timely basis.

Thanks to Velair, me and my girls have a brand new apartment to call our own!! We were days away from being homeless, as no one wanted to rent to someone with poor rental history, no credit, and low income without having vouchers. I must've inquired with dozens of landlords & prooert owners to no avail. Velair management worked with me so that I could rent one of their brand new (built in 2023) units.
