Anytime I’ve had activity outside of the quarterly spray, they’re a text away, no questions asked, and usually come within 48 hours. Friendly superb customer service. We discovered a wasp’s nest in our garage right by the track for the garage door which rendered our garage out of commission since opening the door disturbed the nest. Valor was the only company that answered the phone out of the 3 or 4 that I called and since it was a bit of an emergency I didn’t hesitate in scheduling for them to come out. Kyle came out just a few days later and was professional and friendly, he explained exactly what he was going to do to remove the nest and treat the rest of the garage and house and was finished with everything within 20 or so minutes.
