I really enjoyed my experience with Monica, she is very professional and kind. She was really easy to talk to and listened to everything I wanted. She did an amazing job on the alterations! She also had great suggestions for bustle and making minor changes to make the dress more comfortable. I loved how the ballroom bustle looked and would have never even considered it if Monica didn't suggest it. I also got my dress cleaned her and they did a great job. I made a "mistake" and turned in 3 Canada Goose items, 2 jackets and one sweater, which take some time to dry clean, and didn't ask for the wool sweater to be rushed before we take a vacation. I spoke with Emily about 4 days ago, apologizing for my error and asking for some help, and not only was she easy to talk to and super flexible, but she was able to get it done before we even started to pack!
