Loved an evening of sound healing in the salt cave recently. The cave is small but comfortable. I wasn't aware that salt would get on all of my clothing- washes out but don't plan to wear anything you don't want turning white that evening. The lobby is quite small and the group session felt overbooked. Personally, I would rather pay a bit more for a smaller group experience.
I have been struggling with mold allergies this winter and one trip to the Salt Cave turned that around! I don't know how it took me so long to find you?
The staff was professional and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in.
I’m not good at relaxing, but a few minutes in a salt cave and I’m sooooo mellow and chill. Time just melts away and before I know it, there’s a gentle knock at the door and my session is over. I absolutely love this place, and my kiddos love it too. Highly recommend!
