Andy McNair was our agent. Andy gave us a wonderful experience as first time home buyers! He was very informative. As first timers, we were unaware of high maintenance and costly things to look out for, Andy consistently helped point those out. He would go the extra mile to check on things we had questions on, such as getting on his hands and feet to check a furnace or water heater, walking all around a fence or deck to check the entire condition or build, he was not afraid to get his hands dirty checking anything, etc. He was quick to respond and patient with us throughout the process. Dan Vigdal was my agent when I bought my house in Saint Paul in 2011. I was so impressed by his professionalism and his ability to steer me through the process that when I was ready to sell 12 years later I asked him to be my agent for the sale. Dan did an amazing job helping me through the sales process. He suggested some excellent vendors to perform some maintenance, updates, and cleaning. He worked directly with some of the vendors on my behalf since I was living out of state by the time the prep work started.
