TechGen was very responsive at resolving day to day IT issues. They were also instrumental in assisting my employer's movement to modernize IT practices, from cybersecurity training and testing to moving to cloud based systems.

I have been testing some computer repair issues with TechGen and am impressed with the responsiveness and the ability to troubleshoot and repair offsite. I know some hardware issues will require onsite IT personal but they do provide a good service. For small companies needing IT support they are a good fit, but those submitting the service request do need some minor computer knowledge/skills. After further use my opinion has changed with a lower score for responsiveness and some initial computer setup issues I am still dealing with. They could benefit most users as a good IT solution.
