I've been going here since 2018, when I was about 2 months pregnant with my first. I cannot say enough about Dr.Oste. He, very literally, kept my frame together during all my pregnancies and helped put me back together after, as i experienced pretty extreme PGP/SPD. Both my husband and I have been regulars for years; and even though we no longer frequent his downtown location (which was super convenient when we both worked in the area), we now travel to the Plymouth location.
I recently visited Dr. Oste and his team at Take Care Chiropractic Clinic, and let me tell you they are top-notch. Their friendly personnel made me feel so welcome and comfortable right from the start. Plus, their attention to detail was impressive; they really took the time to understand my goals and specific needs as it relates to my health.
