The pre-reveal staging of the house was way above and beyond. We really felt as if the S9 team understood us, and in some cases, understood what we wanted before we were sure we wanted it. Your communication was impeccable, and your willingness to offer your expertise but also listen to our wishes managed to strike just exactly the right balance in the midst of a complex process with huge stakes.
