After I healed enough to go down to twice a week I decided to try the massage therapist there.
I have had massages several times throughout my life.
But no one has ever done what she did with my neck in the back of my head.
There is so much pain and tension there and the muscles were like steel rods.
It hurt just because it already hurt before she even touched me.
But
After she was done I could move my head freely and for the first time in years my neck felt relaxed and not tight.
No one has ever been able to do that before.
I'm going back to see what else she can do to help me with my pain. Between her and the chiropractor I almost feel like a different person.
I know that sounds dramatic but it's true.
They're really good here and very understanding.
I had a lot of preconceived ideas about chiropractors. And I was afraid (because I was in so much pain) to have them pressing on me and doing things.
But Julie truly made me feel very comfortable and she used a little adjustment tool instead of a traditional chiropractic method.
I could go on and on about how great they are.
And how grateful I am to be out of that level of pain.
Now my daughter goes there and I'm trying to talk my son's into it.
Because there's no reason to just be in pain if you can get help for it.
If you're nervous about going just tell them that and they will be very gentle and use that little tool.
