Tom has been repairing my shoes since 1990. At that time he nicely fixed a bad re-sole job done elsewhere. He has repaired damage I once got from brushing my Prada boot against a big rock, and I could not even tell it ever happened. Communication is key, so tell him what you want, and that you appreciate his best efforts. I am picky and he knows it, so it's always excellent work. For example, I request no nails for new heels, so he uses no nails and they still hold great. In response to the unhappy review below, if there was an oversight or misunderstanding, go talk to him at the time it happens. He is a reasonable person who wants his customers to be happy.

They also repair purses. I dropped off a couple of vintage well used and loved Coach purses. He was able to perform magic and they are both absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this business. Julie
