Flo Hoxie rents space from Skinovation for her permanent make up business, Pretty Woman. Flo is an absolute joy to work with. Very precise and detailed in her work. She's been doing my brows for 18 years! This photo was taken right after a full re-do of my brows. Great work and highly recommended!
