    Experiencing Tammy's work has been life changing for the chronic headaches, neck and shoulder pains I have been experiencing for over 20 years. She has gotten me down from excruciating pain levels to hardly a noticeable dull ache during a one hour session many times during the past few years that I have occasionally went to her for bodywork sessions. I have seen her more regularly recently and it has been very helpful in keeping me out of pain &/ a lot less. If I would be more diligent with the simple exercises she's showed me I would probably be living a pain free life.
