I have studied alternative medicine most of my life and have had chronic heartburn most of my life. I am in my mid-50s and was feeling light-headed several times a week for the past year.Hired Leslie as a long shot and I was amazed that she figured out that I was pre-diabetic and that if I did not change my diet soon it would get a lot worst. 3 months later after slowly changing my diet heartburn rarely and light-headed when I go against Leslie's diet.
