Jim and crew over here are beyond impressive. Not only did Jim truly have a custom cabinet attitude, their install team put the cherry on top. I built my last house in 2013 and it had 'custom' cabinets. But anything my wife and I suggested, we'd get "That's not what we normally do". Pretty much takes custom out of the picture. Fast forward to 2020 building our final home. When we talked with Jim, he laid out how the process goes. He provided a plan that had cabinets in it to get the process started. But from there, we went room by room adjusting and changing to exactly what we wanted. Truly custom. The only comments we heard from Jim was "That is going to look awesome"...read full review
