Very rude. Got a refund for facials from Groupon because she bullied my niece about her face. Left before treatment even started because the woman was absolutely horrendous to us.

Owner is unprofessional and if you purchase a groupon she refuses to give you the actual service you bought for. She will either tell you to contact groupon for a refund and will tell you that she doesn't give refunds even if you are asking for your PAID service and not a refund. She also tried selling us on a different service and wanted MORE money and thought we were cheap for wanting the service we were gifted. -100/10 Only got an 80 min facial when we were supposed to get a 90 min facial and the first ten mins were spent arguing with her. Will not return or ever recommend her.

This Woman is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I purchased a Groupon for a Chemical peel and Facial. When I arrived for my service and asked her how long I could expect my face to peel after the facial she told me that the type of chemical peel she does, does NOT actually peel the skin. Ummm? Ok. So it was just a regular facial, no extractions, no steam. My skin looked no different when I was finished. I then was conned into purchasing a gift certificate for 2 more future facials for $110 (I know, stupid me.)
