I've been going to Jessica for many years, whether it be a light massage with Reiki or a deep tissue massage, I always walk out feeling refreshed, invigorated, calm and a feeling of peacefulness. This year has been stressful and having massages at least once a month has kept my sanity in check! I purchased her chakra sprays which holds me over to the next massage. Highly recommend her ???

I've been to Sacred Roots 3 times and have received a fantastic massage from Jessica each time. The space is warm and inviting. The music is comforting. I always feel extremely relaxed from beginning to end. Jessica always greets me with a smile and is so nice. I look forward to the next 3 massages which I've already booked. Thank you Jessica!
