I was looking for a new salon for a while and decided to try Rue 48 (and Rika) just based on the great Google reviews I saw. They live up to their praise! Rika was so sweet, made great conversation, and made my haircut a smooth process, and the rest of the staff I interacted with was super polite. The salon was also cozy and cute!Service: Haircut
Update:After hearing about my poor experience, the salon reached out and went above and beyond to make things right. They’ve earned a customer for life. My chunky striped have been blended in, my cut has been evened out, and I’m absolutely amazed at how kind, understanding, and thorough they were in turning my experience around!
