July goes above and beyond to make her clients feel comfortable before, during, and after electrolysis sessions. She does a remarkably good job at killing hairs and helping the client in any way possible, whether that's with aftercare, insurance, etc. I highly recommend Goddess Electrolysis to anyone interested in electrolysis, especially trans women!
July does an amazing job of making sure her clients are comfortable as possible during electrolysis. She's dedicated to making sure you receive good care and that you will get the best possible results to help you heal after the procedure.Cannot recommend Goddess Electrolysis enough if you need hair removal, especially if you are a member of the trans community.
A nice older lady when it comes to laser hair removal. Yeah, I must admit Andrea is right about the goggles being crap but i've never had a place that was good about that (I had previously been with Permanent Choice). She is fairly friendly and polite. The problem is that she just doesn't keep track of appointments well unless you go in and personally set one up there. I one time set up an appointment and she didn't have it in her log book. Still, I haven't had a repeat of that encounter. I did see her through the mentioned groupon deal and to be honest, I don't think she fully got what she was getting herself into by making that deal but I was one of the early takers on it. To be honest, i'm just glad that she gets the job done (and I have dark skin so it's hard to work with it). I'm contemplating lasering more places so she's on my consideration list. I will make my decision based on price:quality ratio. To be honest, Cool Glide Nd:YAG is less painful *but* and this is a huge asterisk, it's not the best choice if you're white. Alexandrite or a diode laser are much more effective if you are white. Nd:YAG is really best reserved for darker skin people because longer wavelengths reduce the risk of depigmentation that darker skinned people have with laser but at the cost of effectiveness. Diode and Alexandrite don't posesess those risks if you're white and use shorter and more effective wavelengths of light so they are optimal.
