Kris from Richfield plumbing was extremely helpful. We have been living with an issue and due to lack of access we were dreading calling another plumber (we actually had another Plummer come out prior to Kris and he was unable to resolve the issue). Well, the issue is resolved AND he helped set us up for success in the future. Highly recommend!

Great service, I got a quote from another company to unclog a drain for $380, but Richfield Plumbing Co did it for just $160. The plumber that came knew exactly what he was doing, and had the drain free in about 10 minutes. Excellent service!Service: Drain cleaning

I was quoted more than double the cost of replacing the guts of two toilets by a company who shall remain nameless.After communicating and photographing my problems to Mike via email and having Dominic over to assess the situation, it became clear to me that so many companies have an unscrupulous, arbitrary rate system. Mike gave me their up-front hourly rate and an estimated time frame needed to complete the job. He is an excellent communicator which is necessary in performing any job with skill.
