This is our second time working with Randy's Electric and they are always extremely professional and very thorough with their work. We had an emergency issue and were able to have someone out within 12 hours to address it. Ryan was on time, very communicative, ensured we were understanding everything he was doing, and worked very efficiently. He was very professional, kind, and respectful of our home while he was here. The issue was solved and he pointed out other areas that may become future issues so we could address them then and there and get it fixed before it was a problem. I am sure electricians run into many interesting situatuons when servicing homes. Joe and Jesus were very professional and non-judgemental. Diagnosed the issue and fixed quickly. Also provided a thoughtful estimate on other project work to be done around our home and thoroughly answered all questions I had. Would highly consider using in the future despite the service fees, which are on the spendy side.

The work was done efficiently and satisfactorily at a decent price. I like the veteran aspect.
Scheduling needs to be improved. 1st appointment booked online had to be rescheduled due to their schedule conflict. They missed first window of rescheduled time, rescheduled and came early to the next window, creating havoc in my day.
