Friends and I attended a spa day. The facility ran out of hot water and only had cold for services. My friend had an ingrown toenail that the technician dug into without permission which resulted in a horrible infection. Her nail turned black, she's been to the doctor three times and is on her third round of antibiotics. I received a facial and my skin had chemical burns following the treatment. I don't have sensitive skin. We reached out the spa directly regarding the infection and they were dismissive.
The Spa was luxurious and out of this world! Loved my massage by Genova, Ella gives an amazing Salt room experience & facial. The Café was beautiful & had a delicious chai latté. Salon is super clean & Maya left my hair feeling smooth & silky with a blowout! Perfect day for those who are holding a lot of tension/stress & need to escape. 10/10 recommend.
