Well, let me start by saying I’ve been with Pinnacle service since 2010 have been a lot of ups and downs and a lot of case managers and some are good at what they do and then you have others. I believe chose the wrong career when it comes to the with issues that clients have Or should I say they’re not equipped. So with that being said, they have multiple people case manager that are assigned to their case. So if you have an issue that you think that they should have gotten back to you right away. Hello I've been with pinnacle for 15 years and have been hoping to move in a safe building...Just found out your company has apartments but why have haven't I had the privilege to move in one of them you people are all about money money yall don't give a about black clients. SAD DOES ANY CLIENTS AGREE WITH ME.
