My daughter's disability case management was outsourced by the county to Pinnacle Services several years ago. Initially we received adequate service but every year (and with each new case manager, which turn over about every year) there response rate has become slower and slower. I do understand that case loads are high, but when they promise to return messages within 1 business day and you are still waiting for a response after 2 weeks and multiple contacts via phone and email, that is just unacceptable.
