This is a nice FREE clinic. They have a lot of support and comprehensive care! You go into the clinic and the receptionists will check you in. You are seen in order of first-come first serve. Then a nurse will see you. After the nurse, a patient care lead will see you. This person will advocate for you and they also have Spanish translators if you need it. If they think that you are at a high risk for kidney disease or have a family history of someone with kidney disease, the medical clinician will order a lab test for you. A lab technician checks your urine to check your kidney function. After, you can go on with your normal visit. There’s also pharmacy clinician who comes up with the best plan for medications you can take. They then go to see a doctor and s/he will come in to see you and give you the prescription. After, they send you to the pharmacy and you can get a month supply of prescription medication for free. The whole process takes 1-2 hours because everyone here is a student volunteer but if you have time, they provide very thorough care!

They are students that are kinda like on the job training( for experience) they don't get paid. It does take a while, so plan on being there for 3-5 hours. They are very nice , and respectful. I've been going to this free clinic for at least 4 years . I love PNC?!!

Very humble, helpful residency student staff. Extremely slow. Total visit time from check-in to check-out is at least 2hrs due to learning process of students. Best replacement for PCP consulting - fever etc not for emergencies.
