I have a ton of chronic pain and a complex medical history, including a lot of angry post-surgical scars and tissues. I basically feel like a rubber band ball. I sought out Phil because I was looking for someone with training in MFR and deep tissue massage. It is hard for me to find someone who can apply as much pressure as my body sometimes needs for release. I am feeling the ripple out of my appointment, now a few days later, and I have not had this much relief and release in a long time. I've already booked my next follow-up.
