Five Stars! TL;DR at end I've been seeing Andy Masis for a decade and cannot say enough good things! The additions of his team--Jesse, Anna, and Samantha-- has only improved my care. I see them for a rare, complex, chronic condition which they handle like nobody else. They go above and beyond in their treatment, patient advocacy, and will thoroughly research any question or condition you may have. I've seen upwards of half a dozen other physical therapists at different clinics, and nobody is as empathetic, skilled, and well-informed as the therapists and staff at OrthoRehab Specialists. I've also seen this team for various acute injuries and they handle them like champs. The front desk is helpful and kind, they remember my name, chat like best friends, and move heaven and earth to accomodate my schedule. The billing office can be aggressive and disorganized, but when I mention this to the people at the front desk, and to my therapists they run interference to make sure I still have a pleasant experience. I haven't had issues since talking to them about it. The office is clean, comfortable, and chic with water available and a TV playing some of my favorite shows. The treatment rooms are up to date, comfortable, and immaculately sanitized. The gym area is state of the art and perfect to treat anything that comes its way. I especially am a fan of the great quality pilates equipment and high-tech balance training machine. TL;DR: OrthoRehab Specialists are professional, compassionate, and beyond compare. The staff and therapists become like an extended family and can skillfully care for any injury or condition in their well sanitized, state of the art facility.
After an MRI, my rheumatologist gave me 2 choices to alleviate the severe pain and limited motion of my shoulder. He insisted I visit this clinic because they have better outcomes. I suffered for 2 years without treatment expecting it to go away. When I walk in, I was greeted by Brittany with a glowing smile as she helped me with billing and insurance needs with ease. I was blown over with Terry's knowledge and ability to educate, and skill. There's a peace about him that told me I was in good hands. His assistant, Ani, taught me what I need to know to heal, making it a personal experience with laughter, not angst. After my first visit, I walked tall through the parking lot on Cloud Nine, because my shoulder was already better! I couldn't be happier or more amazed at the results of my therapy. I'm a true believer in PT. Now I'm off to the garden!
